Y1 – 3 (& Language Class) Sports Day on Tuesday 31 May at 9.45am.

These events will be over by lunchtime.

The Speech & Language Unit, Y1 and Y7 Class photographs and Sporting Team photographs will be taken on Thursday 26 May.  As in previous years these sample photos are available for you to view before deciding whether to purchase or not. More details will follow shortly.

Breakfast Club and After School Club

Breakfast Club continues to run as normal at a cost of £1.50 per day or £6 per week.  We plan to resume our After School Provision from 3.00 - 4.30pm in September.  We are currently looking at the logistics associated with this and will keep you informed as soon as we have final arrangements in place.

Cycling Proficiency

Cycling Proficiency continues throughout May for our Year 7 children.  Please ensure all bicycles and helmets are in school on the following days.

Thursday 12 May                         Tuesday 17 May                Thursday 19 May

Tuesday 24 May                          Thursday 26 May

COVID-19 Arrangements

If any child tests positive for Covid-19 we continue to request that self-isolation guidance of 5 days with negative Lateral flow test results on day 5 and 6 is followed.

It is essential that pupils displaying symptoms are tested and return a negative result before attending school.  This is to ensure the safety of all pupils, but also to help with staffing absences as teachers and classroom assistants will be absent from school for a minimum of 5 days if they test positive which causes disruption for everyone!

Year 7 Transfer letters

Our Year 7 Parents will receive notification of the outcome of applications for Post-Primary placement on Saturday 21 May via the online Portal.  Should any parent have concerns regarding this please contact Mr Sterritt via his email (ksterritt616@c2kni.net).

Schools NI App

We continue to send messages out on our Schools NI App.  From September 2022 this will be our main way of communicating with parents due to the increasing cost of paper.  The app can be downloaded by searching for Schools NI.   An access code will then be required to be able to access the Private school messages we are sending out. If you have any issues or need an access code, please contact the school office
